Etter en ukes fravær fra tirsdagsmusikkens side, må en slå til med noe dobbelt så bra. BIPPP: French Synth Wave 1979-85 kommer inn i bildet. Denne fæla gode samlingen av herlige Casio-synther og dårlig engelsk og altting interessant ved Frankrikes musikkscene på sluttenavsøttitallet/midten av åttitallet. Alt høres relevant og dekadent og språklig hemmet ut. Allerede på vei hjem til meg i vinylformat. Kan nesten ikke vente.

This unbearably awesome compilation is filled with the greatest Casio-synths and horrible English and everything good and interesting about France's music scene in the late 70s / early 80s. Everything is just so relevant and decadent and linguisticly challenged. I love it. Can't wait to get my hands on the vinyl.
